I'm finding it a bit easier to identify my feelings—thank you for offering such helpful options! I really appreciate the format.
That said, I found it difficult to fully express myself in the trigger section, mainly because the space was a bit limited. Also, the part about things you can control was challenging—it’s definitely easier said than done. When you're feeling low, it's really hard to focus on what’s in or out of your control.
For the advice section: I understand the intent, but sometimes words alone don’t ease how someone is feeling—at least not for everyone. Maybe it could be tweaked to feel a bit more personalized or gentle?
I’d love to see a larger version of the journal someday, with more space, practical tips, maybe some coloring pages or inspiring quotes. I think that would be really helpful!
